Afiniti is pleased to announce that we’ve received an Award of Excellence at the Institute of Internal Communications (IoIC) Awards 2018, for the category of Best Change Communication.
The award is in recognition of the outstanding change communications work which we completed for client, Roche.
Roche required a robust and engaging communications campaign to help them implement a new operating model as part of their 2020 vision. The change involved transitioning staff from across three continents into a new centralised team as well as introducing new processes and ways of working across the organisation.
The communications strategy was hugely successful, helping to overcome resistance to change, achieve buy-in from affected stakeholders and embed new processes and behaviours.
IoIC’s Awards Chair, Justine Stevenson said: “This year’s entries were of an incredibly high standard. Class winners and award of excellence winners can truly celebrate greatness and be proud of their achievement”.
