Our Change Management Consultants play a key role in ensuring our clients’ change initiatives achieve their outcomes and benefits on time and to budget by establishing a change framework to facilitate successful adoption and usage.

Our Change Management Consultants play a key role in ensuring our clients’ change initiatives achieve their outcomes and benefits on time and to budget by establishing a change framework to facilitate successful adoption and usage.

As a Change Management Consultant you will typically be responsible for co-creating change blueprints and creating the change strategy for our clients, and/or delivering change strategy by applying and implementing change tools and activities to tell the Change story, assess impacts and benefits, minimise resistance and engage our client’s business in the change they are undergoing.

We have contract opportunities coming up in projects for our clients in pharmaceuticals, transport, oil and gas and utilities so experience in any of these industries is highly desired.

We are looking for associates with:

  • A strong consulting track record and proven ability to deliver significant business outcomes as a result of successful change activities.
  • Demonstrable experience of process, systems, organisational, culture change across at least two industry sectors and, ideally, experience of at least two large-scale technology-led business changes from design through to implementation, benefits realisation and lessons learned.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools; accreditation / certification (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, CMI) would be desirable.

We have opportunities to work full-time or part-time in various locations in the UK (particularly London and the South East) as well as in Northern Europe.
