Over the last 10 years Emily has worked in marketing, communications and digital roles, bringing a multi-disciplinary approach to internal and change communications projects. She has extensive experience of engagement in change initiatives, encompassing leadership communications, employee engagement, strategy and planning and stakeholder engagement.
Emily also has experience working with and within IT teams, with technical departments and leadership teams and has been responsible for BAU, project and change communications for companies including Transport for London, Maersk Line, Maersk Oil, Network Rail, Siemens and National Grid. She has worked extensively with technical teams including engineers, IT specialists, machinists and technicians and can quickly grasp and translate technical terminology into accessible language. She believes that a connection to work is important for employees and therefore for the company, and takes an employee-centric approach to building engaging change communications.
An Aussie sports fan, Emily loves living in the UK but wishes the beaches were a bit closer to London. And a bit warmer.
