Jay loves helping our clients to shape their business change agenda and find ways through challenging problems.

Jay has over 12 years’ experience in consulting, a background in Supply Chain Management, and has worked with many FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare companies during his consulting career. His expertise includes large scale programmes such as; system implementation, operating model implementation, field force transformation and big data awareness campaigns.

This experience and industry knowledge, coupled with a deep understanding of motivating and empowering people, means that Jay is able to really get to the heart of our clients’ challenges. Bringing a ‘shop floor’ pragmatism to everything he does, Jay enjoys motivating the team to deliver engaging and impactful solutions.
Outside of work Jay spends as much time as he can with his young daughter, reading, and expanding his food and wine knowledge.
