Joe is a talented Change Manager and Communications Consultant. He has a natural instinct for proactively reaching out to stakeholders to ensure that there is full alignment on his projects and clear messaging. He is driven to harness and enhance the insights and abilities of those around him, which enables him to have an impact that grows exponentially throughout his involvement.
Most recently he has worked on numerous projects with Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer division, in one instance supporting the Agile development process and role out of a new global IT tool, and in another instance managing the technical change challenges for an SAP implementation in North Africa.
After graduating in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, Joe developed his deep understanding for individual behaviour and motivation while managing retail teams as part of the Waitrose Graduate Scheme. He further honed his skills for effective communication and stakeholder engagement while working under the CEO of Bread Factory, the UK’s largest artisan bakery. He managed £1million product range changes, multi channel marketing campaigns and high value customer relationships, such as Carluccio’s. He went on to work in Regional Sales for leading coffee roaster Bewleys.
Joe augmented his business experience with qualifications in Change Management and Collaborative Facilitation, and training in Coaching and the delivery of Personal Impact Workshops. He combines broad personal experience with extensive knowledge of the literature of Psychology and Human Behaviour to help clients perceive things from fresh perspectives.
He’s an avid cook and a keen explorer of new ideas and new places. On weekends you can generally find him at the gym, at the stove, busily engaged with his Jewish community, or simply in a cafe drinking good coffee.
