Kirsten is a Change Consultant at Afiniti. Her experience includes hand-held device deployment and Capacity Planning, where she has recently completed a project around benefits realisation.
Prior to joining Afiniti, Kirsten worked for Deloitte where her responsibilities included the management of, communication around, and participation in the delivery of Consultancy Induction programmes. She is skilled in communications and learning and has a passion for analysing and overcoming organisational challenges through change management methodology.
She has a background in the professional services and sport industry, with first-hand experience of working in a big four company both in the UK and Canada. Her experience includes designing and delivering successful training events and implementing coaching and mentoring for employees.
She has a deep understanding of the high performing, high pressure culture within professional services, and can provide insight regarding the softer skills practitioners are required to develop such as client service and people management.
She has professional skills in learning programme design and delivery with a particular focus on data analysis and business outcomes.
In her spare time she coaches and mentors many talented young football players and is currently in partnership with Queen’s Park Rangers assisting with organising and delivering training sessions to youth players.
