Kirsten has over 7 years’ experience of leading, supporting and embedding large-scale business change initiatives and transformations as a change and communications consultant, specialising in the design and delivery of products aimed at maximising successful user adoption.
A strong relationship manager, this has taken her cross-industry in the transport, pharmaceutical and financial services fields and has worked with various levels of executives to embed change. She has a keen interest in the psychology behind corporate change and effective leadership, using an evidence-based approach to build solutions for clients.
Kirsten’s experience at Afiniti includes a number of projects; her most recent role was leading a change and communications team in implementing a target operating model in the financial services space, working with leadership to build change capability. She has a passion for analysing and overcoming organisational challenges through change management methodology and is currently studying part-time for an MSc in Industrial / Organisational and Business Psychology to enhance her understanding of people’s behaviour throughout change.
