Nadia Conway Rahman
Nadia is a lively internal communications consultant with great writing skills and a curiosity in pretty much everything. She has a talent for finding the thread of a story in complex information, which she is able to help clients turn into a joined up and compelling narrative.
Nadia has a Post-graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, along with qualifications in design and print production, and a politics degree from the University of Durham. It’s a great background for tackling communications challenges which is evident in Nadia’s resourceful approach, pulling some original and effective solutions together on very limited budgets.
Nadia’s has worked with Network Rail’s Operations Development team, preparing the internal engagement approach for what is set to be the railway’s most significant transformation programme to date. In recent years, Nadia has worked for global brands, such as PwC and Knight Frank, creating and delivering internal communications campaigns to take their people through major change, including acquisitions and re-brands.
Outside of work, Nadia loves music and supports a Caribbean dance project in Peckham. She has a 20th Century architecture obsession, and a taste for travelling off the beaten path.
