Richard is a Managing Consultant, specialising in Change Management, including people, process, technology, and cultural/behavioural aspects. He has over 20 years’ experience with industries including rail and passenger transport, telecoms, pharma and healthcare, energy and utilities, NHS, automotive and manufacturing.
Richard has designed and delivered change and communications strategies, led change for large programmes, managed complex networks on typically large-scale change programmes, and developed and implemented Business Change approaches and tools for many organisations. These include Change Impact Assessments, Change Readiness Assessments, personas, benefits, Change Agent communities and has led acceptance/transition into BAU (including acceptance). He has led teams and projects and programmes, including a mix of inhouse colleagues, contractor, and third-party consultants. He focuses on parity, a shared team vision, as well as a totally customer centred and outcomes-based approach.
