Caroline’s spent 25 years in corporate communications and change management, choosing to specialise in internal and change communications because change is a people process and people’s hearts and minds must be won to achieve and sustain change.
She’s worked within education, transport, government, hospitality, and AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction), as well as in the criminal justice system following on from her undergraduate degree in criminology. She’s worked for COBR on a national crisis and operated as Gold Command for major incidents. She’s post-graduate qualified in public sector management and is a chartered member of the CIPR. She has successfully designed and delivered change communications strategies and campaigns for high-profile organisations during times of significant change within complex stakeholder environments, reporting at the highest levels. Caroline lives in West Sussex with her children and dogs. She’s a keen amateur actor, plays and umpires netball, is a big sports fan, and is a regular quizzer.
