Gill is an accomplished and experienced Managing Consultant in the energy and pharma sectors with a track record of delivering complex technology and ERP transformation programmes. She is passionate about the people agenda of change; and it being done well. Gill specialises in taking a data driven approach to co-create impactful business change strategies, tactics and plans which encourage a positive and people focused change experience.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the energy industry both in the business and as a consultant, Gill brings wisdom, personality, and the ability to influence and engage at all levels in an organisation. Gill has significant experience in establishing high performing change management teams and global change communities. She has supported business and benefit case submissions, secured funding and established teams with operating models to minimise risk to the programme and organisation. Gill is an inspiring leader determined to intentionally build internal capability in change leadership and management, focused on user adoption and sustaining new ways of thinking and working.
Gill has worked on multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, and as part of a global SAP leadership team. Gill has prioritised, defined and executed ambitious global SAP functional roadmaps supporting strategic business priorities, integration, business process transformation and benefit realisation. Gill’s hands-on SAP project experience has allowed her to design and execute effective change, communication, engagement and learning strategies, and establish, develop and embed global SAP communities. Gill promotes elevating change management to the programme level and has successfully integrated change management into SAP project management methodologies to secure project success.
