The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Managing Consultant to ignite passion and capability in people, doubling the value of business change for our clients. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor and hands-on change architect, shaping, enabling, and sustaining transformation across people, process, systems, and data underpinned by digital and AI enablement.

You’ll guide clients and internal teams through all stages of change, ensuring every engagement drives measurable business outcomes and builds long-term capability. This is your chance to embody Afiniti’s vision of the Consultant of the Future: future-fit, data-literate, creative and empathetic.

What You’ll Do

Build on and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, shaping strategy and influencing direction.
Lead discovery, alignment, and shaping phases to define the change scope, value realisation and delivery roadmaps.
Oversee delivery to time, budget, and quality, holding accountability for scope, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
Co-create solutions with clients and colleagues, facilitating high-impact change mitigation and championing digital and AI tools.
Lead and mentor teams, creating an inclusive environment that fosters curiosity, feedback, and psychological safety whilst delivering to scope.
Use data-driven insight and AI-enabled analytics to guide decisions, evidence impact, and shape future action.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years’ experience leading organisational, behavioural, or digital change in complex, regulated, or global environments.
Demonstrated ability to grow and mentor teams, fostering both technical and human capability.
A proven track record in enterprise level business development whilst delivering successful engagements and fostering close client relationships
Strong commercial awareness and proposal management capability.
Proven success shaping and delivering enterprise-level change with measurable adoption and capability outcomes.
Skilled facilitator and communicator, adept at engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR) and agile delivery.
Experience using digital analytics and AI-enabled tools to monitor and drive adoption.
