Salary Range: £38,000 to £42,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits and performance related bonus

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who leads with curiosity, clarity and momentum – someone who brings change strategies to life and drives real adoption. You’ll lead delivery across workstreams, partner closely with clients and use data‑driven insight and AI‑enabled tools where valuable.

What You’ll Do

Lead change workstreams from discovery to embedding

Shape change, communications and engagement strategies

Map, influence and engage stakeholders

Deliver creative communications with our creative design team

Build and support adoption networks

Track progress and deliver to scope to time, budget and quality

Use insights to guide decisions related to business change

Support and coach junior Consultants and contribute to the Afiniti Way – Our Centre of Excellence

What we’re looking for

Educated to degree level or equivalent

3–5 years’ experience in consulting, already operating at Senior Consultant level or assessed as ready to step into it

Strong analytical capability; comfortable with data, metrics and data‑driven decision models

Engaging, proactive, can‑do, confident driving momentum and making things happen

Excellent problem – solver with structured thinking

Able to roll sleeves up across the full business change lifecycle (from and to shifts, impacts, stakeholder analysis, communication, engagement, adoption, learning and measurement)

Self‑directed, able to lead creative teams to bring change to life.
