Afiniti is delighted to announce that we have raised another £5,000 for charity
From Coachella, to Glastonbury, to T in the Park – everyone loves a summer festival. But seeing as festival season was cancelled this year – we held our very own ‘AfinitiFest‘. In a bid to bring people together virtually, an online stage played host to an impressive line-up of activities. However, we also used the opportunity to continue our important charity drive. Having already raised £5,000 in early lockdown, we are pleased to announce that we have raised another £5,000! We can’t say it enough, but we a truly grateful to have such generous people working for us, and our firm is better off for it.
Information on the charities can be found below:
The British Heart Foundation
The British Heart Foundation fund over £100 million of research each year into all heart and circulatory diseases and the things that cause them. Heart diseases. Stroke. Vascular dementia. Diabetes.
Research has given us machines that can restart hearts, the ability to fix arteries in tiny babies, the power to give someone a heart they weren’t born with, and so much more.
But heart and circulatory diseases still kill 1 in 4 in the UK, they cause heartbreak on every street. And that’s why our work is as urgent and vital as ever.

The Honeypot Children’s Charity
The Honeypot Children’s Charity offers both respite breaks and outreach support to young carers and vulnerable children. They are proud to be the only charity in the UK offering consistent support throughout childhood; from the age of 5 until a child’s 13th birthday.
Many of the Honeypot children have little place else to turn and through Honeypot’s long-term programme of respite breaks and outreach support, they have the chance to make friends, build life skills and most importantly create happy childhood memories.

So, as we continue through unprecedented times, please stay safe and take care. #peopleattheheart
