With rich experience in enterprise-wide and transformational change programmes, Corrina is a values-driven, business change director who thrives in supporting clients deliver complex programmes to make change stick. One of Afiniti’s founders, Corrina has guided the partnership through its evolution from a highly successful communications and training company to the effective and integrated change consultancy it is today. Corrina leads a dynamic and talented global team and has led change consulting projects in a diverse array of sectors, including transport, logistics, energy and life sciences.
Corrina’s two decades’ of board-level business experience enables her to navigate client, commercial, operational and governance discussions whilst focusing firmly on business outcomes. An enthusiastic, energetic and results-oriented individual, she is intensely client driven and passionate about coaching and mentoring leaders and senior management in organisations to develop their business change capabilities and knowledge.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at home in Edinburgh with her husband and family.
